Holly Mack-Ward & Co.'s @weknowphilly REALTORs are in it with you for the long haul, providing you with the resources and services you need for every stage and place in your life.
A lot of real estate teams talk about being “different” or bringing a “fresh approach” to real estate. There’s nothing new about being the best, and that’s been our approach since 2004.
Our objectives are simple (and timeless): To negotiate the best contract terms for you, while making your sale or purchase as easy and stress-free for you as possible. Since no one person is an expert at all things, Holly has built a team of professionals with specialized roles who work together to deliver you the best real estate experience possible.
And since Holly has lived in West Philly since 1998, it’s only natural that our team helps so many people buy and sell homes in our neighborhood: A grand total of more than 500 sales over the years.
Besides good old-fashioned hard work, a number of factors have contributed to Holly’s success in the real estate world, all of which boil down to nuance. She’s a die-hard fan of our city and has an in-depth knowledge of not only the neighborhoods but the block-to-block differences that come with each. This gives her an intimate understanding of the market that pays off for clients. Holly’s experience of closing over 1,200 sales, combined with her innate understanding of people and their motivations, brings a nuanced approach to negotiations that is highly effective. And her degree from Oberlin College and work as an editor at the Philadelphia Weekly are key in guiding her marketing team to create unique and compelling campaigns.
